A homegrown Ruidoso food brand marks its anniversary with a Chamber ribbon cutting and a thank-you to the community.
One year in
New MexiGo Market Grill is celebrating its first year in Ruidoso — a milestone the team says belongs as much to the community as to the restaurant.
The anniversary was recognized in the Village of Ruidoso's Municipal Insider and marked with a ribbon cutting with the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Built on flavor and consistency
From fresh tortillas pressed daily to Hatch green chile roasted over open flame, the first year was about proving that consistent, honest New Mexico flavor could find a home in Ruidoso.
Thank you, Ruidoso
To every local who became a regular, every visitor who stopped in on the way down Sudderth, and every partner who believed early — thank you. Year two is going to be a good one.
