A year ago, New MexiGo Market Grill opened its doors in Ruidoso with a simple idea: serve flavorful, honest food rooted in New Mexico — and make it easy for locals and visitors to get it.
Twelve months later, the grill has become something more than a restaurant. It is a market, a fresh tortilla kitchen, a catering operation, a private-chef service, and a small but growing voice in how people experience food in Ruidoso.
